The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us with early check-in, organising a transfer and seating us at short notice for dinner. Bar staff were friendly and informative, food was exceptional, best dinner we had all weekend.

Location is perfect. The staff at the reception were most polite and efficient. Special thank you to Joanna! Breakfast had a great selection, all items were fresh and buffet items were replenished immediately. Special mention too for the Zafishowani restaurant, a part of the hotel and the same place where breakfast is served. We had dinner there one night and items were of a very high standard.
